The Dallemagnes → From the mouth of Angel
So The eye doctor said my eye’s are fine he gave me some eye drops and said if my vision starts to blur to use them he thinks it might just be dry eye’s. The endocrinolgist thinks differntly though. He had me do an E.K.G. and it turns out my atrial fibrillation is coming back (thanks to my thyroid) so he prescribed some heart medicine, and wants me to see a cardiologist just to make sure that there isn’t any long term damage to my heart. He’s said we need to just dissolve my thyroid and get rid of it. Which is is the same thing they did with my mom, so chances are that’s what we’ll do. I do have good news though turns out my muscle weakness and weight-gain we’re all caused by my thyroid meds causing my thyroid hormone’s to be to low, so now that we’re getting that straightened out I should back on the road to recovery soon, that means soon I should be walking better and feeling better and able to be more active once again! This morning the endocrinologist office called and told me I need to take my thyroid meds again only this time I’ll only be taking one pill a day instead of two. I’m about ready to say hey let’s just get rid of the damn thing and get it over with I’m so sick of doctors appointements and being poked and prodded all the time.
I have a doctors appointment in the morning with the eye doctor, my blurred vision episodes have returned, since the doctor pulled me off my thyroid medicine, I’m hoping it’s not doing any permanent eye damage. I have an appointment, with the endocrinologist on the 15th, to see about my thyroid. I’m not sure what they will tell me but I’m sure it will involve medicine of some sort. The Doctor seems to think my back pain is muscle releated and she gave me a prescription for physical therapy. I wish I could just get all this over with and get back to normal, I’m sick and tired of feeling sick and tired all the time……
So I woke up last night to the sound of "drip drip drip" When I finally rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and came to enough to realize that the sound wasn’t coming from my computer and the soundscapes channel I let play as I went to sleep. I discovered that a nice bubble had formed on my ceiling and water was dripping onto my garbage can. I jumped up and grabbed an empty dishpan I had under my kitchen sink and put that under it. Then I had to call security to get the emergency maintenance pager number. I was thinking it was something gone wrong with the empty apartment above but as it turns out it’s not. Apparently a few buildings have had this issue, it’s water in the walls. The guy busted the bubble on the ceiling and put a bigger bucket underneath it. Then he said there wasn’t really much he could do about it tonight and that he would have to come back in the the morning. For a while it was dripping pretty heavily but it’s died down a bunch since, I sure hope they can fix it without much trouble.
I’m totally loving my new computer. It’s an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz quad core processor with 8MB of cache, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, and a 500GB SATA II hard drive. Plus a Dual-Layer DVD
I found this old Roll of Film and got it Developed It turned out to be Pictures from my Trip to ohio in October of 2005 I added them to photo gallery if you wanna check them out.
There have been ton’s of new video’s posted, Kenzie posted a bunch of the one’s he made, also Mark posted a Bunch of New Music videos, and I posted a New Documentary, as well as a 1 minute video clip we took of Kenzie, while we we’re just fooling around with the camera.
This site is about to become pretty active so keep your eye’s open, with the 3 of us posting you never know what my pop up on here…lol
I hope everyone has a great holiday and a Happy New Year!!!!!!!!
For the past 6 months or so I’ve been dealing with back pain, well about a week before we had to move Mark suddenly began having back pain from outta nowhere. So we went and took him to the E.R. because we needed him to be ok for work and stuff I personally am biding my time until medical insurance kicks in. Well the Doctor figured out immediately that it was his sciatic nerve causing his pain, they gave him some med’s and told him to follow the discharge instructions and the pain would be gone within about a week. Well as I read over the discharge paperwork I noticed that all the symptoms listed for this were the same one’s I’ve been suffering with. So I’m thinking that this is what’s wrong with me. However we are so far in the hole with medical bills already, and since I’m not working or anything, I’m just holding off until February when the insurance kicks in. But I tell you what it just really sucks dealing with this pain day in and day out. It’s not only physically exhausting but emotionally and mentally draining as well. I move around feeling like a little old lady, because half the time I can’t stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Taking a shower requires a stool for me to sit on and I also keep a stool that I drag around the house with me for my daily chore’s like laundry, or cooking or whatever I may happen to be doing. Going to the store is almost always a chore as I need to constantly rest on a cart, and you might as well forget doing stuff like going to the mall because I just can’t handle the walking. I just hope February get’s here fast because I really don’t know how much more I can take of this.
Well Kenzie Started His new school today and he seems have really liked it. Seems we didn’t miss out on wrestling either as this school’s wrestling program doesn’t begin until the end of January, so he’ll be able to wrestle after all. He’s also going to go out for football next year. There is online grade access but I’ll have to call the school and get a pin number and password so I can access it. At this school there is a foreign language sampler class he takes also where he’ll be learning about spanish for now. There will be other Lanquages too though we’re not sure what they are yet.
The Other day Kenzie said he had something he wanted to talk to us about, and it turns out he’s been thinking about adoption for a while, as he asked Mark to adopt him. It caught us both off gaurd but Mark was happy about it, and I suppose after the holiday’s we’re going to check on it and see what all that will entail. It seems things are going quit well in our little family and we couldn’t be happier about it. We love having Kenzie here and are glad that he’s so happy to be here.
Well we finnally got moved, and boy what a week it’s been, I felt like it was non-stop for like 5 days straight. After all is said done though it seems this move was a good Idea. We went from an apartment that was about 530 sq. feet to one that’s 845 sq. feet that’s quite a nice improvement. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I’m also loving the fact that I now have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and a dryer. The Apartment also has a woodburning fireplace, as well as built in microwave. It’s a really nice place, now all I need is more furniture to fill it up…lol. Kenzie start’s school on Monday and he’s looking forward to it. That’s the only downfall I felt to this move was having to switch him schools again so soon however there wasn’t much we could do about it. Our old landlord really did a number on us wanting us to move right before the holidays so he could renovate the apartment, and though we tried we just couldn’t find a place in the same school district. But now we have a 12 month lease so I don’t think we’ll be moving again anytime soon.
