Physical Therapy and Stuff

So I’ve been going back to physical Therapy. I’m trying to get walking better, but it doesn’t seem to be helping the pain. Through a program with my work I’m getting 8 free Medical Massage sessions and 8 free Acupuncture Sessions. My first acupuncture session is tomorrow. I’ve never experienced it before so I guess we’ll see how it goes. I hope it helps. I’m so tired of living in pain every day.
Mark has made a couple of recipes from his Assassin’s Creed cookbook. A Jambalaya and a Fish soup, both were really good. I’m looking forward to trying more of his recipes.
